When you place an order, you are entrusting Plate Depot, Inc. (hereafter refered to as 'we' and 'us') with information including, but not limited to, your name, address, email and telephone number. We use this information for the sole purpose of processing and delivering your order to you. It is never sold, nor rented to a third party for any reason. We will share information with law enforcement as required by law or judicial order. We do not send out unsolicited emails or make unsolicited telephone calls.

We keep copies of every order in both digital and paper version. The orders serve as invoices for our tax purposes (yes, we pay them) and to determine when we are required to collect sales tax for the State of Illinois. All paper correspondence that you send to us is promptly shredded one month after the sale is complete.

We do not collect any credit card or other financial information on our website. All credit card transactions are handled anonymously through PayPal, Inc. We will never ask you for your credit card, bank account, Social Security number or other financial information. If you receive an email requesting such information, please ignore it, as it may be a phishing or spoof email.

We use cookies as part of the shopping cart feature. These cookies remain on your computer for 24 hours. You may decline them, although your order will not be able to be processed via the shopping cart. You may remove them after you have placed your order.
